Steve Dalia comes to US Property Tours with more than 25 years of professional sales experience. Mr. Dalia began his sales career in 1983 with the Xerox Corporation where he built a highly successful sales career on the solid foundation of some of the most renowned sales training in the world.

As a consistent top sales performer, Mr. Dalia spent the majority of his sales career in Software sales working with Fortune 1,000 companies, where he continued his distinctive track record of sales and professionalism.

Since starting his Real Estate career in 2003, he has achieved record-breaking sales of preconstruction Real Estate through his savvy web marketing and commitment to excellence.

Mr. Dalia has created a powerful marketing engine to provide immediate and constant communication between builders/developers and investor and end-user clients alike.

His focus within Dalia Sales & Marketing, Inc. today is charting the Strategic direction and marketing execution of the company as well as builder and developer relations.

Chuck Levine has a 30 year track record of executive management and consultative selling. His career spans both the telecommunication and software fields where he has held numerous positions of increased responsibility.

He has participated in the introduction of new technology to the market place as one of the very early participants in the roll out of cellular technology back in the early 1980’s. In addition, he has been credited with the turnaround of poor performing organizations and the successful launch of start-up ventures.

Mr. Levine’s consultative approach to transactions and his skills at negotiating a win-win for both sides of an opportunity have won him praise from customers, employees and the principals of the project companies, His entry into the field of bringing together investors and projects was a natural evolution.

Nina Zhang-Levine, a Chinese National, has a broad range of International business acumen. Her role as an executive with a multi-national IT company based in Shanghai, China provided the foundation of her rapid rise in the Asian business community.

Ms. Zhang’s success in the fast paced business world in Asian has uniquely positioned her to understand the needs of the Chinese investor. In a business climate where ‘who you know’ is as important as ‘what you know’, Nina’s impressive list of influential stakeholders who have relied on her council in the past is testament to her reliability
